Default + Extra + Khalifate Era

This is a simple era which just takes all level 2 units and makes them available as leaders. All standard recruits and extra Wesnoth units (except for water locked units, such as boats and tentacles) are able to be recruited. All the units are placed under a single faction.

This is intended to be used with Pick Your Recruits OR Pick Your Recruits, No Preperation Turn. Hence why there is only a single faction with the entire list of available units. Since myself and a friend play with those using random leaders and random recruit selection.
