A Deep tentacle and congradulations
Congradulations on reaching 1.0! I guess it was ready.
After hearing about the 1.0 milestone, I ended up playing Quartex's excellent "Under the Burning Suns" campaign. I noticed that the "Deep Tentacle" was coming out of the water the wrong way, and so for old times sake spruced it up. I've added ripples, and generally made it look like it's coming out of the water.

Feel free to PM me if you start a new terrain oriented thread. It's easy for me to miss them among all the other art threads.

Eleazar, it's really nice to hear from you again. Your terrain artwork is still much appreciated. Thanks for the new tentacle images, I'll be sure to add them to UTBS. I'm glad you're enjoying the campaign.

I think TROW uses them too.

Thanks for the kind words. I'm glad to see things haven't be sitting still in my absence. (Biographical Digression: about a year ago i left Wesnoth to try to start a buisness. That didn't go so well, so now i'm back to having a "normal" amount of free time) I find I still rather enjoy making these graphics so you may be hearing more from me...

I'm sorry to hear about the business venture, but, the least I can do is extend my best wishes.Eleazar wrote:Thanks for the kind words. I'm glad to see things haven't be sitting still in my absence.
