I think the crumbling you noted is the fact that sleeve might be sewn together at the end to create that effect, allowing loose sleeves for movement but making it narrow at the cuff so that the sleeves do not easily slide over and interfere with the hands. The velcro at the cuff of my uniform sleeves serves a similar purpose.

Agreed.

Groovy--look more closely at the other sleeve--it too looks like the part not around the wrist is being drawn together, it's just harder to tell, because it's shown from the side.

this goes for they're/their/there as well

Easily the most awesome portrait in the line. I specially like the non-generic wings.

Eh. Nothing constructive to say, I'll hide until Jetryl approves it and I'll then commit it.

Wow

Ok, I now have to draw something with more bling than this girl :P , it just needs to be done (unfortunately bandits don't get bling, so it'll have to wait till all of the main chars portraits are done)

As for crits...

There's just one thing, the left shoulder pad and the right one seem to be a different shape, the outline of one is almost a straight line towards the head, and the other is more of a bump. Curving the top left outline of her left pad (our right) so that it is obviously going over a curved surface when it is reaching the apex, and adding a small bump to the outline (and, obviously, then shading accordingly) is necessary to fix this. Of course, if it's meant to be asymmetrical, then I'll just shut up now :P .

Committed in revision 33035! It will be in 1.5.11 (the third beta for 1.6), thanks!

EDIT: ZOMFG the wings look even more awesome in-game! :D

*joins the chorus*

Superb... as always. The blindfold is a really nice touch. Likewise for the ethereal ears.

But... but.. but... she said ears! "Finally the cursed pointy ears are done!"

:) Well, anyway, the point is that it's a gorgeous drawing.

She meant the whole set of elves: this was the last portrait.
