They could use some polishing, but i'll accept the crazy-tilting temple and the mine. However the main issue is that they aren't tiles. Somebody needs to go in and remove the background, and chop it up into individual tiles. It's not an artistically challenging job, but one i'm not eager to undertake.
Please, someone do this.

Some months ago I was working on a small RPG using wesnoth graphics, which uses both of those walls a lot for its dungeons. I attached the ones from the tilted columns version in case they are useful (but likely it's better to wait for a proper version by Neorice, I worked on it rather crudely).

That makes the start easier.

I tried it in the editor. And now i'm hesitant to add it as is:
The transition to the interior of the cave wall is rather abrupt.
The haphazard columns would look better if there were alternates.

A few facts:

-my computer died

-I got a new one

-My mother didn't fully comprehend what "I don't want vista" means

-I now have windows vista

-Vista doesn't allow my tablets software

-I drew these with my tablet in photoshop

-to do this I need my sensitivity software

-which vista doesn't want to accept

-so I really can't continue on this for quite a while

also, an important message

Can you post the make and model of your tablet? Maybe some of our people can provide a work-around to get it running.

Neoriceisgood, did you get your tablet working?

Did somebody else try to polish these?

I think a little concerted effort would be nice to get these in ASAP - I'm willing to try my hand at the terrain graphics WML but not anything graphical (unless ... but let's not get too gloomy).

Apparently the medion works under Linux, so as a workaround maybe you could dual boot or use a CD Linux in the interim? Of course, that would mean using the GIMP rather than Photoshop, though...

You're on.

I'll need a lot of help doing the terrain WML, and some instructions on how to dice this up. Preferably, the "in-game" hexes will graphically be near the floor of this, with the walls appearing to rise up from that (as they are for castle tiles.

You have no idea how awesome this would be. Even if you think it would be really, really awesome.

Lovely, Jetryl, lovely! :D

Now who can cut this cake? I wouldn't know where to start...

I might look into this next week, but I only have time for stuff that doesn't require a lot of research and trial & error this weekend.

Well there's this evil plan of re-adding the wonky ones as variations!
