All animations finished for the grand marshal, except redeth's big-o death animation, which had quasi-not been included before. I'm (starting the task of) cleaning it up properly, now (it had some issues with TC and blurring).

That alone may take a few hours. I need a hug. :(

I know these big projects can get quite straining - at least after the work of couple of months. But hey, you're almost there you've aimed at the beginning! And I must add that you've done tremendous job here...

Grand Marshal and death animation committed.

Thanks guys - it really helps to get cheered on (no, really). On that same note - I'll throw it straight back at pekka for his random acts of awesomeness. 1.2 is gonna rock.


Anyways, this leaves _only_ the sergeant, and for him I can probably clone quite a bit from the lieutenant. However, I may end up opening the face of his helm (a la spearman) to make him look less imposing.

In fact, I've gone out on a limb, and changed most of his armor to leather (making his armor very similar to the spearman). I've never liked how the previous sergeant was just a mini-lieutenant with a wooden shield.

:| So, yeah, uh - I just committed the animations for the sergeant. They were pretty easy to do, since everything was cloned from the lieutenant.

This leaves only the following, which doesn't need to be done by 1.2. It's irritating that this project isn't done, but ... oh well. It's only 4 animations than need finishing. Everything that 1.2 needs from this is done, now. Hopefully zookeeper can help me with a few of these.

Tying up a few loose ends - working on the sergeant right now, whose idle animation had actually been pulled from mainline 1.3.6 because it looked too different from the unit.
