Good job! The green is much better but why is every troll so sad that he looks down? I suggest moving the head a bit up.

better in all ways. 8)
These trolls have more personality (partly because they look down)
i like the more primitive concept for the L3 Troll (no armor, a tree for a weapon) They seem less like big green orcs, and more a unique race.

These frames are plenty good, but if Neo was willing to do more tweaks, i'd recommend making the L2 more hunched over to provide a smoother transition between the L1 knucklewalker and the L3, and maybe giving them all bigger fists.

Um, yeah, and it there any reason the L3 has shackles on it's feet?

Agreed. These are an improvement, but the head looks out of place on all but the troll hero. And for the whelp, it not only is looking down, but it looks a little too big, given the size of the rest of the body.

These are awesome. Can we have female trolls too?

I recommend no.
There's a lot of additional work in maintaining an alternate female version of a unit, with relatively little reward, especially in the case of units like trolls which cannot be feminine.

I think all the devs are in agreement that we don't want both genders for every single humanoid unit.

These ones are good. However they colors and cartoonish image would distinquish them too much from the rest of the Northeners, but I assume something will be done with that also.

Thats fine because they are a different race, they are just playable as one faction.

aww.. the girl troll is so cute. heh. Good work, Neorice. You're very talented.

Hmmm... I liked the original shade of green better, but maybe that's just me. And I disagree about the rock being too big; looks good to me.

With a top and loincloth, that would be more accurately described as a "modern fashion sense".

they aren't the same thing? (Off Topic, but)

I think that as long as the biggerism makes everything big, thats a dev choice, but otherwise they should be made to match the majority of units.
