Should the reference WML be transfered to the new wiki and each letter in "alphabetical" be its own section?

Do it if you think it should be there. Copy the format from BuildingScenariosIndex.

No, it's just GrabberBot.. so, well..
In any case, the page actually was a much bigger mess before GrabberBot took over, it consisted of over 50% dead links. Now at least those links are gone, the current mess is mainly because the user names changed from the old wiki to the new, so they need to be manually transferred over. If someone wants to go through all "XyzContrib" pages, look up the user name of XYZ in the forum (the old wiki mangled it, e.g. removed spaces and capitalization), and then copy to a Contrib:YXZ page with the name like it is in the forum, everything would be orderly again
