What are usergroups and how to make it?
I am curious of this.
(i thinked that was an union of some users to make a group.)

uh, he asked about the usergroups.
technically, you can have a usergroup, but the mods don't recommend it because, well, I forget. I only remember that I got my butt chewed when I asked about it a few months ago. But then again, it wasI who asked it

PS: Yes, you were so roundly discouraged because you are who you are. The real reason is it would take effort and time the mods do not want to put in, and there are no real benefits.

This is a phpbb forum, I'm not sure you can turn it off (and it would take effort to find out which we don't want to spend for something so silly.)
