Pretty much ^title, the "i" in "Board index" should be capitalized.

“Board index” is phpBB’s choice for a language constant that is just unfortunately subject to being mixed with whatever capitalization convention(s) the forum administration chooses to use for forum section names. I had originally considered applying a mod to allow breadcrumb customization, but a few hours before its deployment I realized that approach was a little excessive for such an insignificant application, so I just changed the constant instead.

I don’t know why we are using Title Case for forum names in the first place, but I don’t see anything wrong with it and renaming all the forums isn’t a particularly enticing alternative.

I consider this ‘fixed’.
