Trying to post a message which contain a Shavian letter (e.g. U+1045E [F0 90 91 9E], Shavian letter they) results in the following error:

General Error
SQL ERROR [ mysqli ]

Incorrect string value: '\xF0\x90\x91\x9E' for column 'post_text' at row 1 [1366]
