Change description of OffTopic forum?
Current description of Off-Topic is:
Maybe change it to:
The current description subtly encourages nonsense and foolery; the proposed replacement is merely neutral, if not positively dull. There is a small risk that it might make Off-Topic into a 'dumping ground' for off-topic posts moved from elsewhere (no great loss, I suspect) but a more neutral description removes the present implication that absolutely anything, no matter how asinine, is fair game for Off-Topic.

It is an off-topic forum. If you can't figure out what that is, then you're the perfect person to post here!

The off-topic forum is for posts that may be of interest to Wesnoth forum-goers, but which have no relevance to the Wesnoth game.

I have plans to “change some things” in Off-Topic including its name and description.
