UMC Terrain Pack

Have gone updated to include new stuff, but some transitions got broke and need help fixing.

1. Something broke the mainline Medium Shallow Water - Swamp and Medium Coastal Reef - Swamp transitions, but i have not changed anything regarding them ?
2. Something broke the Tundra to Grass transition, code is same as in Archaic Resources, and i remember it working identical before, so have no idea what did that to it.
3. Frozen Cave doesnt use it's transition into water, using that earthen edge instead.

The new terrain looks cool! I like the new dwarvish keep image :) too bad its not working yet. hopefully u can fix it soon!

If somebody would like to maintain this addon, please request and get. I had been away from wesnoth for an long while, since is the lack of updates.
