Woose at lv.2

The cost of Lv.2 Woose is too low considering his lv.1 cost and its power, mage goes from 20gp to 40, Woose from 20 to only 31, lv2 Hi, Wolf rider, Cavalry and many others are more expensive at lv2 than a lv2 Wose, but they all cost lesser at lv1.

If Wose lvl.2 would become more expensive, it will be more efficient to just hire 2 x lvl.1 Woses

IIRC the era with the level 2 recruits isn't meant to be balanced.
