Was it really worth it to reviving this thread just to tell us that nagas have "better Movement than merman"Mabuse wrote:Naga cold weakness is essential for balance IMO
Reason: Isars Cross for example
Nuff' said.

From reading your comment Mabuse, Isar's Cross is not a map that should be used for... evidence or an argument supporting any type of an unbalance whatsoever.

yes, because everytime i have undead i am happy that nagas have cold weakness, and everytime i have orc fighting undead this fact must be also taken into accountSapient wrote: Was it really worth it to reviving this thread just to tell us that nagas have "better Movement than merman"
it makes the game more interesting.
lol, hey my comment was more or less half-joking, i say only half-joking becasue it doesnt have the intention to change anything about the cold-weakness of naga
i like cold-weakness of naga, it adds another aspect that must be taken into account in the game -
also from points of balancing orcs versus undead it is IMO a good thing, as an example i can took isars cross (just becasue it cam to my mind), where the movement (and cost) of the nagas allows the orcs manuevers that the undead are not able to do - without this cold-weakness undead would have no chance to defend against it - (whereas orcs versus orcs may be another case on this map)

Thanks!Weeksy wrote:Mermen are weird mammal-fish hybrids, and so get warmed by their warm mammal blood... Nagas are snakes with arms... They are cold blooded and are used to it being warm/temperate, and so lose energy when their blood is cooled.

Wow. This actually happened.
