Begining a Scenario

Would it be nice to have some bugle calls that campaign writers could use in their campaigns, for example at the beginning of a scenario where you are playing Humans, a battle cry; or at the arrival of a messenger, &c.

I don't know what you think; if this has already been done, please kill this thread.
