Castle Story, an interesting project running on Kickstarter

Post by Dixie »

Well hello folks!

I have a friend of mine who is trying the indie game developer gig, and his first game (Castle Story, which looks like a pretty interesting cross between minecraft and an RTS) is currently running on kickstarter. Just thought some of you might be interested in checking it out. Even if you don't back them, you might be interested in following to project. They're called Sauropod Studio and you can follow them on twitter or facebook.

$243,466 pledged of $80,000 goal
27 days to go
My spider sense tells me it will be funded, you know.
I wonder what stretch goals will be, though.

Yes, I know, they've reached their goal in like 5 hours :P I still thought I'd give them a bit of visibility, though: even if it doesn't net much more money, the project might just interest some people around here who might eventually buy the game when it's completed, who knows?
