[Mainline] Ranger and Elvish Avenger terrain

While I was just scanning through some random units, I found that the Ranger (human) and Elvish Avenger/Ranger had very similar terrain stats. I feel like some of the things they have are not so similar though, like 30% shallow water for Elvish Avenger but 40% for Ranger. This doesn't make much sense in my opinion, same for 40% Elvish avenger on sand but 30% for Ranger. I think that for the Ranger it should be 40% on sand and 40% on shallow water for the Elvish Avenger.

According to the 1.14 database the Ranger has 30% in shallow water.

I meant human Ranger not elvish

Yes you did say that.

I actually had considered this as well before. I assumed that this had merely been because the woodcraft of elves is more of a mystical bond with the forest whereas the Ranger's are instead hunters and explorers so have a larger variety of skills. But I could see room for change because I doubt a Elvish Avenger would have trouble with a river.

I'd also think that Elves and Humans would have equal issue when walking on sand as they haven't really experienced it that much.
