Aborting the unstarted game

Hello~

I came up with the idea to slightly improve the game. Sometimes when I make a game and nobody comes, I want to quicly leave to lobby. However it's not easy to do it. The reason is that you have to press 3 times 'Back" button. It makes you go back through all menus which I find quiet annoying. It would be much better if you could simple press 'esc' to leave to lobby. At the moment 'esc' button seems to be unused and that feature would allow you faster to leave the unstarted game.

Go windowed and click the red close button.

Or even better forceclose it, wesnoth tends to lag with closing.

Running 1.13.10+dev current master

Idling awaiting others to join

Cancel closes down the idle game, then I can join or start another game, or
Logout takes me to the main Title screen, then I can play single-player, or
Quit quits to my desktop
I forked real life and now I'm getting merge conflicts.
