Healing gives Exp
One thing that always annoys me in this game, is how healing doesn't give Exp. If the unit is designated as a healer, should he not get experience from that instead of just casting magic and whacking people with his staff.
The unit would get experience simply learning new and better techniques to use on people. As well as a healer wouldn't want to fight as much as they want to heal people.
If my case isn't proved, don't flame me.
