Sea Orc advancement...
Ok, I'm pretty sure most people have kill Bugg off pretty fast, but I would like to propose a
new advancement for Sea Orcs ... the Sea Orc Captain:

that new picture is...interesting.
i would suggest using the Orcish Grunt as a base and editing that, this new image looks nothing like either class of orc, large or small (smal being orcish archer and assassin, large being grunt and slayer).
that red color better not be final!
the stats themselves don't look all that much better than an elvish archer's- gains slow on range, and about 6 more HP, but that is about it. i would suggest giving it 8-4, not 6-4, on melee, plus leadership.

Actually, it was bassed on the Orcish Warrior gimping stuff from the original sea orc.
for comparison, here is an earlier version without the net for comparison.
Perhaps the image would be better for a Sea Orc Admiral ... hmm ...
Colors, are of course, always negotiable. I chose red as a color that shows up nicely against the various water blues. Originally I was aiming at the red vest being a uniform analagous to the old Nelsonian British Navy. As mentioned elsewhere, my artistic abilities are fairly limited, so it came out looking more like a life vest, which for Bugg might be a good thing.
Leadership could work well....As for the stats I was comparing with Sea Hag, another water unit...but arguably more naturally in the water...

I have lengthened his flippers to deal with the larger frame
Ok I've mixed it with samples of bugg's swimsuitred is fine, but not that bright a red.
ok, maybe his head is too small..
you kept the outline for the leg, but the left leg (our fight) needs to look like it is bent. this is something you have to do with the shading. what i often do it just go through shade by shade and replace them with a different hue of the same value and saturation. this basically changes the color while not changing the percieved stance.
