Here's a suggestion: Just forget about the existence of grammar, insert a random epithet after every three words or so - maybe spit after every couple sentences, too - and you'll sound like a 100% authentic pirate. You could go even further and neglect personal hygiene for a few weeks to complete the impression. Something to think about for next time around.
