What great acts of piracy have ya all bin up to lately, me hearties? I been snatching hauls o'tasty booty from me pa's house, and don't he even ken it. Now don't go drinkin all the rum, midnight! Pass it to me!

Thank you ancestral! QFT. Similar to how vikings didn't actually wear horns on their helmets...

Here's a suggestion: Just forget about the existence of grammar, insert a random epithet after every three words or so - maybe spit after every couple sentences, too - and you'll sound like a 100% authentic pirate. You could go even further and neglect personal hygiene for a few weeks to complete the impression. Something to think about for next time around.

Not even Pirates spoke Pirate.
So you'll be the first one to drink five pints of rum and walk the plank... :lol2:
High over valleys in the red levelling rays -
In din of crowded streets, going among the years, the faces,
May I still meet my memory in so lonely a place
Between the streams and the red clouds, hearing the curlews, Hearing the horizons endure.

So good the international speak like a pirate day is over, and we can speak normally again...
Flameslash, you're a pirate, because you speak like one even if you don't have to! You certainly don't have a valid Wesnoth CD-key and you downloaded it from an illegal torrent!
