Hahaha... :D

This thread seems to include all the weirdness we were missing during this month...

Okay, I'm using openSUSE x64 for ages now. Have fun hacking.

Wait a minute... I just checked, I'm 127.0.0.1 and ::1!

How can I have two IP addresses at once?

Ah, we could have met in the SUSE forums...
Unfortunately, not anymore, I switched to Ubuntu after Tumbleweed stopped working after a 300MB+ update.

Actually, I never was registered on the (open)SUSE forums. I'm more of a standard user there. ;)

My current laptop is running Debian squeeze (stable)*. My previous laptop runs Windows Vista and Debian squeeze/sid (old testing/unstable snapshot). My older broken laptop runs Debian lenny (oldstable). My desktop runs Windows XP and Debian squeeze (old testing snapshot). My previous desktop ran Windows XP and SUSE Linux 10.0. My older (first) desktop ran Windows 95 OSR 2.0.

Phew.

My next laptop may run Linux Mint or Debian wheezy (testing), along with the obvious preinstalled Windows 7. I haven’t decided yet since I’ve not even decided on the laptop itself.

Wow, I'm famous. Or maybe, this thread is infamous. Not totally sure.

Well, since you said "use"...

Over the last month, that would include:
OS X 10.3, 10.4, 10.6
Solaris
Windows 2000, XP, 7
Ubuntu 9.10, 10.4, 10.10

Most of them I either own or have been given by work or school. I'll let you guess which are which.

Well... I use Xubuntu 11.04 (which is dual-booted with an XP which I don't use because it's EVIL). I also have another XP pc, but I almost never use it. Also, since I use Firefox 7.0.1 and NoScript, good luck script-kidding me. I dare you.

Mac OS 10.7.1. I'm kind of hating that I upgraded. Though some of the new features are nice.
And I have a laptop somewhere around here that runs Ubuntu 10.10.

Any specific reason? I'm asking because I've been thinking about upgrading, but they don't offer physical disks anymore... it has to be downloaded (which is hard for those of us with an average of 32kb per sec download speed). :annoyed: And I really don't want to waste all that bandwidth on an update I'd dislike anyway. :P

I'm always either on an XP computer or a Windows 7 computer...Both pretty good operating systems, in my opinion.
