Ran into something funny LoL related again.

At least, I think it's funny. Hilarious in fact. Though I find listening to A Cappella funny most of the time just because it reminds me how easy it is to work around lack of instruments. Maybe not the most skillful performance, but it gets the point across.

This pretty much sums up my opinion of the teemo changes.
Not that I've had a chance to test them out yet, but on paper they just made me sad on so many levels...

Teemo is more legit now than he was before. Test them out before judging :).

ok, i played a couple matches, and it didn't turn out much like I expected.

things I liked:
the increase in the 'up front' damage from his poison increases his damage output much more than I thought it would, with malady it pretty much gives you +70 magic damage as an on-hit effect. honestly, malady was probably more of a buff than a lot of the changes made directly to him were.

things i didn't like:
there is no longer a count-down timer for my ult, so I have no idea when I will be able to lay another one or when i will gain another charge.
the blind duration reduction really hurts against other dps characters, and i have no escape ability, so unless i've been fed, in any 1v1 fight i'm pretty much a free kill.
the movement increase was...underwhelming. still has a slower base movespeed than a lot of other characters.

overall:
the poison/malady buff helps a lot, but his team-fight potential is still very low except for the initial blind. pretty much there as off-dps/free-ward-machine. the lack of any reliable escape mechanism (and no, the decreased stealth time does not count, cause if they are smart enough to stick around, now you're pretty much stuck there until your team comes to rescue you.) while being as squishy as he is, is also frustrating, but that was true before the patch too.

Hmm...so I'm in Australia and can't test the new changes, but the huge nerf to Teemo's ult CD timer seems like the bggest hit to this underpowered character. i mean the timer took a HUGE hit..... (20 to what, 34 at rank 1???).

ps, check my solo Q Joz. ;)

Quite unreasonable if you ask me. Especially since he never achieves the same CD timer as before.....

the reasoning was probably that the time saved with being able to stack 3 would offset the cd increase. it does kind of hurt the laning a bit, especially if we are being very defensive.

Karthus changes: I am dissapoint.

They don't address his issues at all. His problems lie in how easily he is harrased in laning and the lack of power the defile has. Bah.

I'm going to start a "Karthus awareness" campaign.

I know that I've seen that Hot Spring joke before. If nowhere else, than in some of the previews for Lion King 1 1/2 (a movie which I have thankfully not seen).
