My favorite movie at the moment is definitely "the room"!!

I actually find myself watching "V for Vendetta" regulary in the last weeks. Although I know that the movie is quite different from the original graphic novel which I also read lately, it's still a great piece of entertainment cinema which interestingly doesn't become boring to me. There's a high possibility that this actually qualifies the movie as my favorite at the moment.

Gory and interesting war movie. Depicts the war between humans and bug-like intelligent species.
I also like the cheesy propaganda "advertisements", as if your watching the television inside that movie.
Also depicts how "nazi-ish" the system of the future humankind is.

For me... still, The General (the Irish movie) and Gladiator. And maybe Braveheart.

Ninja Terminator.

The director just cut-and-pasted together 2 films, one with ninjas, made by himself, & the other with kungfu, made by someone else apparently. The kungfu part is boring & terrible, but the ninja part is grand - this is probably the best scene.

In the end, the representative of the Ninja Empire, dishonored by his defeat, explodes.

AWESOME.

Rang De Basanti (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rang_De_Basanti) Maybe coz its so creepily like the story of my friend's dad, maybe coz my dad himself was a fighter pilot, maybe coz it has the most touching story line ever, I don't know. It was beautiful.

Well, the ones converted from books are just wrong most of the time, and the ones with actors never seem to be able to escape from having a large explosion in several places, but some of the animated ones like Shrek 3 or Kung Fu Panda are great fun.

Some kids movies are enjoyable by adults, since adults make them and they realize that adults pay for the movies and have to sit through them. Often, there's two sets of jokes: low humor that kids laugh at and jokes only grown ups would get.

That being said, I think my favorite computer generated film is WALL-E.

For now, the movies swimming in my head are Orphan, the Harry Potter series, Rec(A spanish horror film), Enchanted... There's more but I can't state everything at one go.
