Village naming

Im working on the Easy coding project "village naming" (http://wiki.wesnoth.org/EasyCoding#More ... age_naming) and have discovered that point 1. is already completed and that points 2 and 3 dont make sense to me.

that part is from 2006 and hasn't changed since.
