-Excluded some files that not are part of the game (like CVS dirs and PO files), If any one need this files can donwload source code or get it from CVS
-Added section to select aditional languages....

hi! i reported about a compiling bug yesterday in irc (i think ayin, ce`dric and a few others were online). the point was, that i compilied WN 0.8.5 (as user), installed it as root and tried to start it as user. the output was:

Charge is weak IMO.
I don't mean the damage given or received is weak. Simply it's too hard to accomplish a successfully charge.
I believe Charge shoud be bring at 70% chance of hit minimum (like the Elven Marksman skill, but there it's 60%) when the Charge victim is in a Grassland/Sand hex.
