You might want to check out mushroom terrain. It slows flyers pretty well.

Does it feature badly tuned AI params, as ArenaSurvival does, too? Survivals where you end up chasing the AI while the AI itself only focuses to sit on your villages are not fun. I doubt Nosmos' 3pSurvival could have been so successful with the default AI settings. High aggression (0.9 or even 1.0),...

I already had the pleasure to play this map some weeks ago, and I liked it pretty much. It works as both FFA and 2v2v2v2, perhaps even 4v4 is possible. The 1hex passages require you to position guards around your kingdom, but I would agree that reworking them to 2hex passages would benefit the gamep...

Dude, the whole point was the lieutenant was OP BECAUSE of his 6MP. A faction doesn't -need- a 6 MP leader. Most don't. It's just the Elvish archer line, the Rogue and the Slayer from what I see in Doc's lineup. That leaves 3 factions with a 6 MP leader (all slowed down by hills, 2 of the 3 slowed ...

Unless p2 knows what faction he faces he is forced to direct 1 fodder + 1 scout east direction whilst p1 can afford to buy 1 scout for west and send the rest in eastern direction.
