Hey guys. I've got this idea for a faction. All I need is some art, some unit stats, a unit tree, and someone to write all the WML for it and it will be done!

The villages are also too close to the middle, in general. I think the 30-40% of the map making up the corners would never see any action.

I agree about the village distribution. Not only do 3 and 4 have more close villages, they are actually a hex closer to most of the middle island villages too!

I find that the only reliable way to rate factions is against each other. Given enough time I would compile a list of the factions ranked by their effectiveness against each other faction. I happen to enjoy playing Knalgans, but against Undead their lack of any fire/holy attacks and poor damage type...

we already have a Rebel faction as the opposite of the Loyalists. You are going to need to do a lot more work on unit stats and/or art before anyone will take Yet Another Faction Tree seriously.

I dont think he was suggesting that it should work like that, but that it DOES work like that. It would be better if it didn't, imho.

the styling for the background should be updated, whoever made the page never expected it to get this long.

also, if the page is going to be so long it might be nice to be able to collapse trees with a little javascript magic instead of having to reload the page with different options.
