An important point from me - those are real factions, real nations, not virtual dwarfs or orcs. People can easily get offended/ angry, if their nation will be portrayed in ''inappropriate'' way. Strange. For me everything works perfectly (and I know that EEaW is being played by many polish fans). I just downloaded EEaW version 1.5.3.3 from the addons server , my BfW version is 1.10.3.
