If you dont want side 3 to recruit, dont write 'recruit="" ', simply leave 'recruit' out. IMO it may cause an errror, because its an empty string.

nice to have another campaign author, but in your second scenario... -there are no events called 'ghost' or 'mounted' (you have an macro called mounting, but it is not used) -same for 'right_field' and 'ghost_die' -your endlevel tag has to be in another event, like ther death of an unit or an moveto...

You should remove the '@', I tried it and with it I got the same error in a campaign which worked before.

units with the ability 'healthy' (like dwarves) gain 2 hp every turn, equal if they moved or not.

I got this error in 1.8.1 too, but using 1.9.1, it disappeared!
