Load everything except faction configuration files to #ifdef EDITOR. Works for me. Custom Unit Group Icon

I added some units into editor by UMC, but their races haven't any icons. Is it possible to add them, or default ones are hardcoded? If it's impossible, it'll be fine to see such improvement in 1.14.

I'm currently doing so for small numbers of possible choices, but I also want to make options that value vary between 0 and 40 and also -1 as special unlimited value, so combobox is impractical, just like in turns counter.

As ElderofZion said, I'm substituting Mee in round with Hungary (probably same will be with Italy, but I'm still not sure), so I have to play with Berez. I sent PM, but he hasn't answered. Is there better way to reach him?
