Re: The War of Terrador - Complete overhaul time!
His rifle became a snub-nosed pistol or a shotgun or something...Make it thinner and extend it? That was intentional. If Dragonchampion wants a rifle, than I will change it. :D And by the way, it looks an awful lot like you pillowed the armour. No, it's just because the highlights are so large. @Re...

Re: LordBob's random stuff : human swordsman
The way I see it, it actually isn't that small in comparison. Even so, the reason it is slightly smaller is because of perspective.

Do not save sprites as JPEG! This distorts the colors, and it doesn't support transparency. All of your TC will not work.

Re: Dixie's Internet Meme Era Art Thread
You might want to add more light tones on the leather, he's very dark right now.
Dixie, could you add the status of all units in the first post? I'm curious as to the progress.

Re: Dixie's Internet Meme Era Art Thread
Moved the arm one pixel closer, tried to improve the scarf and the sword. The arm was meant to be outstretched a bit, I think it's ok now. I did not give him long hair, because I think hair would go where scarf is now. Swords are a big problem for me, so if it's still wrong, please tell me. gentlem...

Re: Dixie's Internet Meme Era Art Thread
My only crit is that you might want to have some more dark tones on the sword, it's looking pretty flat right now. Also, his right arm looks too far away from the body, you might want to move it to the right two pixels (I know this is a pain in the rear, but it would help). Aside from those meager i...

Re: Kitty's random stuff: Liberty
I do notice that the elbow on Maddock's right arm seems to jut out way to far I'm pretty sure that's just the way the armor is designed. His elbow doesn't actually bulge like that. :P To clarify, I meant in large in comparison to the rest of his body, including his other shoulder. Thats where the i...

Re: Kitty's random stuff: Liberty
Maddock's torso still looks kinda thin compared to his Schwarzeneggerian shoulders. I think that is the impression you get, but the torso is actually fine (it's the angle that would make one think that), it's that his head is a little small and the shoulder facing us is much to large. I think this ...

Re: OpenGameArt.org Sprite Builder -- Help us help Wesnoth!
That little bit on the calf really helped, at least for me. About the shoulders, they're small compared with the male's, and I don't think they should have necks, it isn't whats in mainline.

Re: LightFighter's Art Thread
I understand that it's some magic stuff, but I saw "Pusling flame animation" and the effect you were trying to get, and I thought that it would look like fire. I think that Rhyginig's method is still worth looking into, it dosen't have to be used with fire, e.g. Sleepwalker used the same m...

Re: LightFighter's Art Thread
Have you seen Rhyging's method of creating fire? I think that would help you, because right now it dosen't look very realistic. A forum search should yield results.

Re: Dixie's Internet Meme Era Art Thread (Currently: Ninjas)
For some crit: I think it would be best to get rid of the smoke, I'm not sure, but it might be able to act separately as a halo with WML. Outlines are a necessity, no matter the situation. It help define specific areas. For going about this, you should choose a dark near black outline for surfaces i...

Wow, it's amazing how much detail you put into his features! The legs on the rear view however, are shaded as if they protrude from his abdomen. Some lighter shades on his gastrocnemii should help.

I prefer the darker, It was fine then. It had contrast then, but when you brightened it it lost a lot of contrast.
