There's no way to turn off the blur on rotation. I looked at the Marshal. Almost all the TC pixels won't work, and there are a lot of holes in him. I advise against using rotation for animations, since it often wastes more time cleaning up then it takes to redraw parts of him, and it ruins TC. I hav...
