reply menu but no action menu in SVN?
hello - i just checkout and a built wesnoth from svn with tag 8804 and when I play a normal level it comes up with some weird replay, shroud and fog options along the bottom of the screen and I can use the actions menu at all! Clear this is a new feature but it seems to have broken stuff

Perhaps leadership could provide +25% damage to units of a lower level no matter how much lower they are? A level 3 General would give +25% to a level 2 Pikeman and a level 0 Peasant just the same. This wouldn't completely change leadership, would simplify its usage, and would cover the +50% or mor...
