It says it's some eval error. So maybe change this: [set_variable] name=leveldiff add=-$unit.level [/set_variable] to [set_variable] name=leveldiff sub=$unit.level [/set_variable]

How about moving the [event] tags away, to load them independently. I suspect the error is from the [+attack][+special], or because you loaded the events for multiple times.

I have thought more about this idea. And got a few rule of thumbs: -The two factions should have different alignments. -Need enough naval and flying units. -Some thoughts should be put in the interactions of factions' playstyle. I dont like World Conquest 2 recruit method at all. It forces me to get an unit i did not need to get the unit needed that comes after it. Probably would have play it much more if did not force this weird recruitment upon the player. I think 7 to 8 mainline lv.1 units to recruit is a bit boring for...

So if you are choosing two factions from Ageless Era, and merge them into a WC2-style faction, with which you rotate your recruits within unit pairs, what faction pairs would you choose?

In the scenario of Face Your Fate, I droided my side at turn 5. Then my side killed the Imp leader at turn 10, and the Drone leader at turn 18. But the moment the Drone leader was killed, the game decided that I was lost.

I meant Mudcrawler can't level up into lvl 2 units, so if a player summons such a unit it has no future.
