I dislike that the timeline has the orcs completely leaving the NA. It feels like a contrived attempt to return to the "orcs as enemies" status quo and removes one of the most interesting things about the NA- that it includes a group of creatures who are normally enemies of humans/dwarves/...

I actually thought about having a common enemy be the thing that brings about a truce. But it seems a bit silly/implausible.
