Re: Dreams of Urduk
Hello pauxlo,
Thanks for checking out the campaign, I'll try to take a look at the issue for you.
It's still working okay for me. Which version are you running?

Re: Hold my Bear I got this [DBL's Request thread]
Hey DBL, I know I've already had a go, so I'm very happy to let others go first, but I thought I'd post another character that I'd like to get a portrait for, please. https://units.wesnoth.org/1.12/pics/add-ons$Imperial_Era$images$units$elves-sidhe$veiledblade.png 1. Appearance age: Young adult (may...

Re: [mainline] Reorder campaign dialog
Sounds like the sort of thing that Turin would have advocated for, back in the day. That's how we still do in Orbivm.pauxlo wrote:Weren't the campaigns at some point ordered by "point in the history of Wesnoth"? Or did I just imagine that?
(I'm not advocating to do that, though.)

I do. Or rather, I did. I haven't played a new campaign for a while.Inky wrote: Don't other players use this too?

Re: [mainline] Reorder campaign dialog
My preferred order is AOI, AToTB, TSG, HttT. The reason that I place AOI first is that the resistances are simple. The campaigns that fight the undead, even if they do a good job explaining it like AToTB do, are a bit weird simply because of the weirdness of undead resistances to loyalist attacks. I...

Right. Makes sense.
Thanks again. I'll get out of the way and let someone else reap the benefits of your skill now.

Many, many thanks DBL.
I am a huge fan. That's going straight to the pool room!
One quick question, what's the strange black line at the bottom?

Re: Wescamp translations / reports of errors in campaigns, e
Sorry to Necro an old thread, but can anybody tell me if the process described in this thread is still correct or if this is now done manually some other way? I have a campaign (Tale of Vaniyera) on the 1.12 and 1.13 add-on servers that I believe is ready to be translated. I have created the .pot us...

To me
[terrain]
[and]... is complete gibberish.
But I guess this is why you're the coder and I'm not

Zookeeper: That always seems like strange syntax.
Why is this preferable to the old=/new= like the [terrain_mask]?

Re: Imperial Era Art Project (Workin' on Orcin')
Hey Amorphous, I realise I've committed a grave injustice by going afk for a couple of years, and just when you were making such great progress with these orcs. I don't know if you're still around, but I figure a little feedback can't hurt anyway. I like the new Pugnator, but I think keeping him hel...

Re: Embuck's sprite attempts
Those are pretty neat.
One thing I'd mention is that these look like defensive frames, like the unit is brandishing the knife to fend off an attacker. That's not the way that you'd hold a knife if you were either just standing of if you were about to attack with it.
