Once you have the base frames for one faction, move onto the next. I would not recommend trying to animate them all as a good animation have a total of 7 separate frames for attack and defense and it is usually a good idea to completely start from scratch for each frame. Oh, and just remember that when using white, real white isn't 00000 white, it's slightly dirty and shadows make it closer to black than white. (Yeah, you probably already knew this but it doesn't hurt to remind you)

The momentum doesn't seem right. I think you need to add in some follow through. The arm comes up, releases the load, and then stops in your animation. What stops it? If it's stopped by something in the structure, then the whole structure should tilt forward as it slows the arm down. If your trebuc...

And I'll say it again move the whole body . Exaggeration is such an important tool in sprite art, use it. Try every motion, nearly every motion you make has an effect on the rest of your body. Yeah, put his entire body into stabbing the staff into the ground, you're current swing wouldn't be enough...

The wose on top's face is hard to see, you really need to look for it. Also, why does he have his hand on his hip? It seems like a very unwoselike thing to do.

Also, don't spread your efforts over all the factions. Eight factions is a ton of work and you may decide that you want to cut back the number of factions so that you can have a nice era that is playable with only four factions within a few months. With eight factions it might take as long as a year...

Wraiths have 25 hp and they're level 2
BUT they have crazy resistances and a 6-4 (That means you could GAIN 12 health when attacking) drains attack so if you want to keep the hp low then make up some reason for them to have crazy resistances.
