I'm playing the first scenario using the most recent version from the campaign server, Wesnoth v.0.9.4 on OS X and the carts don't trigger the victory conditions when they reach the Citadel. The horseman reaches it, says his lines and disappears, but nothing happens to the carts (no change to full c...

I find that a Fighter/Archer mix is best. Fighters can slice and dice Saurians during the day and Burners/Gliders whenever, while Archers are useful for taking out Gladiators and Drake Fighters (and Saurians). I agree with Telly though about the Saurians' HP - very weak. Just slaughter them during t...

I agree with xtifr. The first two edits are great, but purple definitely has a royal connotation. I like the idea of a consistent scheme for the Loyalist units, but I'm not sure all L3's should necessarily be purple. I think what you first mentioned about how the elite warriors have some sort of fla...

Re: Some undead portraits
These are two ghosts ideas. He is interested in: A) Which one do you like more? B) Which one fits better in Wesnoth? C) Feedback from computer artists. D) Would you be interested in more? A) The first one B) I don't think either "fits" yet C) n/a D) Definitely! I think these are very nice...

I've also experienced this bug a couple times in MP. Specifically, it has happened to me twice, both in 4P games and both when I am P1 and my ally can see my PM's but I cannot see his. Again, it's only happened twice in several recent games (9.3 OSX) but it is annoying. Just wanted to corroborate Sm...

EP: You're right; I don't understand your point. As it is, you can easily adjust the settings to 150 per side, and I fail to see how giving each side 1.5 more starting gold would offset the luck component in the game. Again, I think this comes down to a simple personal preference: either 1) those wh...

There are several things wrong with your proposal, EP. For one, not everyone wants to reduce the luck in MP. Please don't make sweeping generalizations that simply favor your personal preference. I personally think the luck factor is fine. Secondly, your proposal does nothing to address the chance i...

This fatigue idea is pretty interesting, and I think it could be used to reflect how a unit getting attacked by multiple enemies should logically have some disadvantage. I'm not sure improving the chance to hit would be the way to go about it, however. What about something along the lines of the slo...
