Underground terrains

Here are some of my underground terrains.
The stalagmits should acts like mountains. They have simple transitions (some more stalagmits that will overlay other terrain including water).

I made only one tile of fungal forest for the moment but more variation can be done when the style is final.

Bad idea. It would destroy the perspective. Remember we're looking down on the units and the terrain, not across at a horizon. Why not including the outlaw in the drake faction? It would be a good complement and since some hates both the outlaw and the drake, it would reduce their hate level to a single faction :).
Then just add the wose to them too and you will have the perfect faction to hate :wink:

Just make a canyon filled with clouds, where flying and ultra-light creatures could move. canyon is already a flying unit only terrain (or will be when included), so the sky could be an alias of it if wanted as a true terrain. I don't really like the big boots or the jumsuit neither. A bit of shading could help making it look less tight. For the rogue/forester/waheteristhename I think it shouldd follow the same type of change than the thief and outlaws...darker and heavier clothes when leveling. Dark green should do great...

Well logically, the dwarfs have smaller legs, and smaller legs make it harder to run fast. Since when did wesnoth go by tolkeins rules? At the moment, Elvish Archers already move a little slower (6 moves -> 3 tiles) than Dwarvish Thunderers (4 moves) in caves. Of course, 5-move humans and Elves do move rather slowly in caves... multi-hex tiling with mix terrain?

Is it possible to code for a multi-hex image that would cover more than one terrain type, for example a hill-mountain mix, but utimatly to have a whole map taken from a single picture/graphic?

Dwarf already have an helicopter, I was rather thinking that the elf will use the bola as a propeler to gain more speed than just using its wing.

Now here is a really different lvl3...the flying rogue...or elf turning into a pixie :). It should fit well with the soreceress and would be a great scout.

I really like them too. I think the stat of the lvl2 thug should be improved. The lvl3 could be named Highwayman.
