I gave it to a Tauroch Rider, and was useful in subsequent scenarios. I never thought of Nym, it looks like a fine idea too, especially if you combine it with leadership. Scouts are somewhat fragile, I didn't manage to go far with them, despite their usefulness. The Dust Devil is fast enough imho.

Well to me 10% seems a lot and powerful enough, it doesn't make sense for the attack to be magical and would really be overpowered. Zhul (is that her name?) can advance and use this attack 4 times I think, which makes it very likely to succeed.

All I can say is a) daze is really useful, it makes someone less likely to hit you AND you can hit him more often, it really is overpowered and b)Sun singer and lv3 are destructive, really useful also for the campaign because they are flying units (the lv3) - and the hp difference is huge. This (shamans/ mages healing) is supposed to break balance which is sth you don't want, supposedly. The mods aren't installed automatically, you have to select them from a drop-down menu in the campaign selection screen.

Yes. Also the color of the xp bar helps you. Blue means you have to kill a lv3 to advance, light blue a lv2 and white a lv1.
