Yes, I think it would be betete to remove the hilt. Then efraim has only two swords and a sheath.

What about the sea orc in Heir to the Throne? He looks so...hmm...unorcish..., he hasn't even a team color. I think he should also be written on the list.

Really, really great artwork here. I tried myself in franking portraits but I failed :annoyed: . But I still have a question: Was it intentional that Efraim has three swords?

The golems are increadibly good but I found two strange things on the golem-stone:
- the left arm his to high (not in the same position with the shoulder
- the right hand with the leg behind is very hard to read

Here I corrected the first issue and marked the second one:

The movement looks very good to me , but there are some really strange shading issues, e.g. his head is black in his main position but much more lighter during the animation.

You are doing nice work here! The soldier is quite good but the fighter looks somehow strange. Maybe I would be better to give him a bigger head or .... I don't really know what it is. Th test is fine I think.

I like the design and the overall looking of the tomb guardian but his left arm with the light in his hand looks somehow unnatural for me.

The orc is quite good and easy to read, I think some add-one already have lvl. 0 orcs but yours is also good. I like the lvl. 0 thief, I can't remember having seen something like this before but I think a 2-5 attack is somehow strange for somebody who advances to whatsthisnumber-3. The mage looks ok...

Basically the sprite and partly the animation looks good. I got only one major problem: the movement of the arms looks unnatural, you should draw a movement with a fixed shoulder and a moving arm. Otherwise it looks like he can separate his arm from his body.
