You should tell us what is that lua error... At least, you may need a SCENARIO_MUSIC, EXTRA_SCENARIO_MUSIC is extra. You may need main music in a scenario before extra ones. Because one of [objective]s does not have "condition" key. (why there are two prestart events...?)

Thank you for the report, pauxlo! I found that negative HP unit can appear when an assault troop is killed by a counter attack. I fixed this bug and uploaded new version 0.1.7. For example in scenario-01, I can see {TURNS_RUN_OUT} in the beginning of scenario, just before SCENARIO_MUSIC...

Your play is apparently beyond my expectation. Surprised at food amount at first. Immediate kill of royal guards is totally unexpected. Abuse of leadership after that is really smart tactics.
