I would have simply thought of as the sea never calms, its shores being always tidey and its waters turbulent. That may have explain why the Dunefolk never bothered to develop their sea tech and focused on building land armies instead.

edits to dark legion, subtle edit to make lvl3 cavalry more evil and to turn chakram unit line into leadership unit with banner.

Frankened some. This one could be for faction like Marauder or Vaeringjar: race_northmen_30.png Highelf is based on regular elf, with shorter hair: race_highelf_30.png tried to do something for halfling, maybe too hairy: race_halfling_30.png desert elf, like tharis icon but with regular elf wearing ...

Attacking units close to levelling is intentional - that was a behaviour explicitly added in 1.14. If you think it could be improved you should probably talk to mattsc about it. I see utils folder is still not included, kind of moot to provide gui.pyw when the wmlxgettext it depends on to work with is missing. Can anyone simply provide me with the utils folder so i can proceed creating .po files for my stuff ? You can download the entire repository as a zip file on Wesnoth...

I have observed the AI becoming strangely obsessed with recruiting lvl 0's after adding an second lvl 0 unit to an faction, while its playing as that custom faction. I have thought maybe can inquire as on what may be causing that behavior change of the AI ? when disabled the recruit from the faction...
