BTW, I have now run out of ideas for stuff (although there are a few models I haven't yet presented).

Some newer base images for the Cycle unit.
To eliminate the laser contrast problem, I replaced the two lasers with one big one.
I have also resized it, to a standard scale.

These images should conclude the Cycle series (at least for right now).

Thanks for the ideas.
I have found a Cartoon filter in Gimp, which I used to intensify the rendering's edges before I shrank it.
Although this may in fact have no effect, it makes me believe it to be improved.

Right now, I have a problem: I have this mega-scale image I made with Blender, cycle-render-30-sw.png but I can't use GIMP to shrink it down and still keep contrast (e.g., between the lasers) and detail. Here are two different missile boats, but I cannot decide which is really the better.
Please give me feedback on them and on which one you think is better.
If everyone likes the Speeder-like one, I will cannibalize the actual Speeder image.

Additional artwork for the Galactic Empires era ground units

Greetings fellow artists,
this art is for inclusion in the Galactic Empires mod by Bob_the_Mighty.
But before I have it added, I would appreciate bugs in the artwork brought to light.
Constructive criticism is welcome.
