Re: Too weak mages ?

By Turuk Factions are balanced against factions, not unit against unit. Noting how a Mage can be killed easily by a number of units is not a strong argument for increasing HP, even by 1. I know, this was repeated a lot of times allready, in fact I was talking of his role in an group strategy, even i...

Too weak mages ?

The mage (present in loyals and rebels factions) has as standard 24 hp, and there are no terrains where he can have more than 60% defence, only castles and mountains, plus he is very expensive (20gp), a weak mage can be killed by just by one strong ork at night, a strong elf at day, one griffin at a...

Re: People of color in Wesnoth

I mean even the D&D games have black people, even dark skinned eleven races like stated in the D&D Dragonlance game.

Here is a link for an image of D&D Pathfinder with some characters, and there are black persons too.

Re: PoC in Wesnoth

In my original sentence I stated this > Well there are persons that are almost white (like some nordics), but also others that are almost black (for example certain africans). But that does not mean that thre were only white and black ppl, in fact Attila and his tribe (the Huns) had Asian origins an...

Re: Correction in human race description, pls.

No Captain_Wrathbow, as I said it was not my intention to offend anyone, and I said almost, anyway, I'm not that kind of person that likes to start a "forum war", actually I have full respect for everyone (If they do so with me). So lipk and dugi, no offense, ok ? If I exagerated in some way (withou...

Re: Correction in human race description, pls.

IIRC there aren't any black people in Wesnoth canon.
Who are those dark brown people then ? , usually the dark brown people that I see around are black persons.

So I can't make an era with black people ?

No offense, but this sounds almost racist.

Correction in human race description, pls.

I just wanted to report, that in the human race description at the end there is this sentence "Their skin color can vary, from almost white to dark brown." I think it would be more correct, if it would be like this > "Their skin color can vary, from almost white to almost black". Reason ? Well there...

Ogre for Loyals

Why the young Ogres are not present in the default era since they are in AoH ? I mean he would be more useful in the standad era than in age of heroes, you can play well AoH without ever recruiting an Ogre, there are other Neutral units or less expensive ones to recruit, but default era does not hav...

Wesnoth Flash

There will be ever a flash version of Wesnoth, I don't pretend a full game, but just a "light version", one simple music, no campaigns or maybe just one, with only default and AoH eras.
