Lich Overpoweered ?
Anyone finds this guy a bit too powerful ? When I play against this leader, I have difficult times to deal with him, even at day, he has a lot of resistances, and does heavy retaliation at ranged attacks and also at melee, sure ate melee range he deals less damage, but with every counter attack he h...

Bowmen should be revisited ?
I write this because some days ago I was reading on this forum some posts of people complaining of the bowman being the most useless unit, so I wonder how many persons think this, personally I find them useful, but maybe if you have to choose to recruit btw a spearman or a bowman, well many choose t...

Re: What do you find to be the worst unit in the default era
Yeah all right, if you say that Loyals have scout as fast unit, and that Wolven riders are in a faction where nothing else moves fast, that's wrong, a quick grunt can get 6 MP while a a quick Orcish assassin can get 7 mp, faster than a scout with base attributes or fast like a quick scout. A cavalry...

Re: The "wall" defense
Sorry Velensk, and yes good consideration, if I remember well Guardsman costs like a Loyal horseman, like 17Gp I think, not to expensive either, for sure they are more durable than horses
.

Re: The "wall" defense
You know Velensk in my opinion the fact that Knagla are slow is more a myth than a real thing, they have Griffins that are not slowed by most of the terrains and can in this way slip behind enemy lines and steal villages, if someone finds them too expensive, its always possible to recruit footpats t...

The "wall" defense
Some time ago I was watching a match btw 2 player, the game gone on for a while, at a certain point I noticed that the Knagla player became almost invulnerable, because at some point he had a lot of dwarwish guardsman, when the enemy tried to attack him he had a formation so that he could not be att...

Re: Game animations jerky
Ok, I will try what you suggested. Any chance that in future BFW will load everything into ram in the future ? Or at least add the possibility as a cfg option ? This would solve a lot of user's animations problem. Anyway after some experimentations I discovered 3 ways of making the game very smooth,...
