That page is outdated...but you can make your own map using the in-game map-editor, and then add the multiplayer tags and etc. to make into a MP scenario... The problem is that I want to have a fully working simple .cfg scenario, with map defined in the same file, so I could play with it and learn....

I have just started learning the Wesnoth Scenario Development.
