Not corrected because they are supposed to be that way: World map day cycle Brent not capturing villages. You might want to change not only the name to UMC Story Images, but also the folder name of the addon to reflect that.

I'm completely d'accord with you. (Though it would be nice to see that with proper placement). Who created those mockup cliffs? Or was this very image only an out-of-game mockup (i.e. without the proper terrains created?)

There is no desert which cannot be crossed... (It might happen, that no great civilization can emerge, but people always find ways to cross it. The Sahara, but also Gobi was crossed in ancient times already for trade).

I was wondering, where I could find sprites of the Kalifate? It's not in 1.9.6 yet.
Also, I cannot imagine where they are located in the Wesnoth world... How will they be fit in there?

Ah, melinath, do you have a fix for the bug I reported? I can't wait trying Brent, especially the world map -- detail map feature.
