I am playing and am almost through. I am in the scenario "Punishment for Treason" and the scenario ends in defeat as soon as it opens up. I looked through the WML but can't see anything obvious. Does it show up the introductory lines? I don't know what may have caused this type of bug.The only ways...

The bug in the scenario "End of the Rebellion" has been fixed.Please update your add-ons.

You should probably post your save file of the scenario (and, maybe, the previous one, too) in order to be helped easily. None of us does not want to refer 18 scenarios. If you want only the save files,then here they are. "Unusual Ally" is the previous scenario.The unit causing problem first appear...
